WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS -7 <br /> CITY OF LODI <br /> WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 5. The Discharger shall comply with all the items of the "Standard <br /> Provisions and Reporting Requirements (NPDES)", dated 1 August 1984, <br /> which are part of this Order. <br /> 6. The terms and conditions of the pretreatment program shall be <br /> enforceable through these waste discharge requirements. <br /> 7. If the study by DNS finds that the effluent limitations are not <br /> adequate to protect public health, the Board may modify or revise <br /> this Order including but not limited to disinfection requirements in <br /> order to protect public health. <br /> 8. The Discharger shall comply with the attached Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program No. 86-041. <br /> 9. This Order expires on 1 February 1991 and the Discharger must file a <br /> Report of Waste Discharge in accordance with Title 23, California <br /> Administrative Code, not later than 180 days in advance of such date <br /> as application for issuance of new waste discharge requirements. <br /> 10. The Discharger shall provide certified wastewater treatment plant <br /> operators in accordance with regulations adopted by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board. <br /> 11. In the event of any change in control or ownership of land or waste <br /> discharge facilities presently owned or controlled by the Discharger, <br /> the Discharger shall notify the succeeding owner or operator of the <br /> existence of this Order by letter, a copy of which shall be forwarded <br /> to this office. <br /> 12. The Discharger must notify the Regional Board as soon as it knows or <br /> has reason to believe: <br /> a. That any activity has occurred or will occur that would result in <br /> the discharge of any toxic pollutant that is not limited in this <br /> permit, if that discharge will exceed the highest of the <br /> following "notification levels": <br /> (1) One hundred micrograms per liter (100 ug/1 ) ; <br /> (2) Two hundred micrograms per liter (200 ug/l for acrolein and <br /> acrylonitrile; five hundred micrograms per liter (500 ug/1 ) <br /> for 2,4-dinitrophenol and 2-methyl-4-6-dinitrophenol ; and <br /> one milligram per liter (1 mg/l for antimony; <br />
