MONITORING AND REPRTING PROGRAM NO. 5-00- • <br /> 2 <br /> CITY OF LODI <br /> WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Constituent Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Total Dissolved <br /> Solids mg/1 Grab Monthly <br /> Heavy Metals' µg/1 Grab Annually <br /> ' Heavy metals shall include analyses for Arsenic,Cadmium,Chromium,Copper,Lead,Mercury,Molybdenum, <br /> Nickel,Selenium and Zinc. Mercury analysis requires use of"clean technique",EPA Method 1631. <br /> 2 Samples shall be collected during the month of February. <br /> EFFLUENT MONITORING OF WASTEWATER DISCHARGED TO DREDGER CUT <br /> Effluent samples shall be collected downstream from the last connection through which wastes <br /> can be admitted into the outfall. Effluent samples should be representative of the volume and <br /> quality of the discharge from the treatment plant. Time of collection of samples shall be <br /> recorded. Effluent monitoring shah include at least the following: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituent Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Flow mgd meter Continuous <br /> Turbidity' NTU meter Continuous <br /> 20°C BODS mg/1 24 hr.
