MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 5-00- • 7 <br /> CITY OF LODI <br /> WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Biosolids Application Report <br /> A Biosolids Application report shall be submitted annually. The report shall include,but not be <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Volume (cubic yards) and weight (dry tons) of biosolids applied, and method of <br /> application. <br /> 2. Location of the fields receiving biosolids clearly shown on a map. <br /> 3. Tons of dry sludge per acre applied. <br /> 4. Kilograms per hectare of metals and pounds per acre of nitrogen applied from biosolids, <br /> wastewater, and any fertilizers. <br /> 5. Cumulative application of each constituent (kilograms/hectare) listed in Biosolids <br /> Discharge Specification No. 7 for all biosolids and wastewater applied to each site and a <br /> comparison to the allowable cumulative loading standards (include calculations). <br /> 6. The type of crops being grown on each site and the agronomic uptake of each crop type. <br /> The report shall demonstrate the compliance or non-compliance with Reclamation <br /> Specification D.16 <br /> 7. A statement of compliance or non-compliance with the site use restrictions contained in <br /> Order No. 5-00- - <br /> SOIL PROFILE MONITORING <br /> A minimum of six representative locations shall be established for soil profile sampling of the <br /> fields where effluent and biosolids are applied. The following shall constitute the monitoring <br /> program: <br /> Measurement Units Soil Profile Frequency <br /> Nitrate Nitrogen mg/kg 4 feet' Annually2 <br /> Kjeldahl Nitrogen mg/kg 4 feet' Annually2 <br /> - Soluble Salts mg/kg 4 feed Annually <br /> Heavy Metals4 mg/kg 4 feet' Annually2 <br /> ' Samples shall be collected at 1-foot increments. <br /> 2 Each location shall be sampled during the month of March. <br />
