And storm water control on all land disposal <br /> areas needs perimeter verification. <br /> Pursuant to California Water Code Section 13267, we request the City of Lodi to submit a technical <br /> report by 24 October 2003, describing which processes are contributing to the production and release of <br /> odors at the facility and identifying land disposal areas which need to be encompassed with fencing and <br /> signs. The technical report should provide a strategy to prevent the creation of odors and preclude public <br /> access to the facility and provide land disposal areas storm water control perimeter verification.
