Report all peaks identified by the EPA test methods.All biosolids samples <br /> shall be a composite of a minimum of twelve(12)discrete samples taken at equal time intervals over 24 <br /> hours. <br /> Biosolids Application Report <br /> A Biosolids Application report shall be submitted annually. The report shall include, but not be <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Volume (cubic yards) and weight (dry tons) of biosolids applied, and method of <br /> application. <br /> 2. Location of the fields receiving biosolids clearly shown on a map. <br /> 3. Tons of dry sludge per acre applied. <br /> 4. Kilograms per hectare of metals and pounds per acre of nitrogen applied from biosolids, <br /> wastewater, and any fertilizers. <br /> 5. Cumulative application of each constituent (kilograms/hectare) listed in Biosolids <br /> Discharge Specification No. 7 for all biosolids and wastewater applied to each sit-. and a <br /> comparison to the allowable cumulative loading standards (include calculations). <br />
