The type of crops being grown on each site and the agronomic uptake of each crop type. <br /> The report shall demonstrate the compliance or non-compliance with Reclamation <br /> Specification D.16 <br /> 7, A statement of compliance or non-compliance with the site use restrictions contained in <br /> Order No. 5-00-031. <br /> SOIL PROFILE MONITORING <br /> A minimum of six representative locations shall be established for soil profile sampling of the <br /> fields where effluent and biosolids are applied. The following shall constitute the monitoring <br /> program: <br /> Measurement Units Soil Profile Frequency <br /> Nitrate Nitrogen mg/kg 4 feet' Annually' <br /> Kjeldahl Nitrogen mg/kg 4 feet' Annually' <br /> Soluble Salts mg/kg 4 feet' Annually' <br /> Heavy Metals4 mg/kg 4 feet' Annually' <br /> 1 Samples shall be collected at 1-foot increments. <br /> 4 2 <br /> Each location shall be sampled during the month of March. <br /> 3 Soluble salts shall be determined using test methods described in Methods of Soil Analysis,Part 2, <br /> Chemical and Microbiological Properties, Second Edition;Edited by-Page,Miller and Keeney; <br /> American Society of Agronomy,Inc.,Soil Science Society of America,Inc. 1982, or other acceptable <br /> test methods with prior approval of Executive Officer. Analytical results shall report the soil-water ratio. <br /> 4 Arsenic,Cadmium,Chromium,Copper,Lead,Mercury,Molybdenum,Nickel, Selenium,and Zinc <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the municipal-water <br /> supply can be obtained. Water supply monitoring shall include at least the following: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Electrical Conductivityl µmhos/cm Annually <br /> @ 25°C <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/1 Annually <br /> 1 If the source water is from more than one well,the EC shall be reported as a weighted average and <br /> include copies of supporting calculations. <br />
