CA0079243) <br /> AND TIME SCHEDULE ORDER <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF LODI <br /> WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> TO ALL CONCERNED PERSONS AND AGENCIES: <br /> Enclosed are the tentative Waste Discharge Requirements and Time Schedule Order for the <br /> City of Lodi White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility. Any comments or <br /> recommendations you may have concerning the proposed Orders should be submitted to this <br /> office no later than 17 August 2007 in order for us to give them full consideration prior to the, <br /> meeting of the Regional Water Board. <br /> A Notice of Public Hearing (Notice) concerning the proposed Orders is also enclosed. <br /> Regulations require that the Discharger publish the Notice in a local newspaper for one (1) day <br /> commencing no later than 18 July 2007. The expense of publication is to be paid by the <br /> Discharger. Additionally, by 18 July 2007, post one (1) copy of the Notice at the nearest city <br /> hall or county courthouse, one (1) copy at the post office nearest to the Facility (if allowed), <br /> and one (1) copy at the public entrance to the Facility. Proof of posting, using the enclosed <br /> form, shall be filed with this office by 25 July 2007. Proof of publication shall consist of an <br /> affidavit from the newspaper along with a copy of the published notice. <br /> In order to conserve resources, this letter transmits paper copies of the documents to the <br /> Discharger only. Interested persons may download the documents from the Regional Water <br /> Board's.
