Each of the above five parameters G is to be automatically scanned every second, and a continuous �S• record is to be .made of the injection' rat'e, injection volume and injection pressure measurements. The continuous annular pressure and injection fluid temperature measurements are to be individually.,averaged and recorded each hour. 5. Calibration o:f Monitoring Ecru inmeht- - Al,l monitoring and recording equipment shall be"'' calibrated on a regular basis. The permittee shall submit, to' the ..Directbr; a report .describing the 'calibration procedures and; the frequency at which the equipment will. -be 'dal brated. 6. Automatic Alarms and Shut-Off Devices -, ,The permittee shall continuously operate and maintain an automatci warning system which will immediately notify the- operators of a malfunction in the event:°that the injection pressure at the wellhead exceeds the maximum injection pressure authorized by this permit. 7 .
