9 <br /> N, <br /> PART II. SPECIFIC PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> A. WELL CONSTRUCTION <br /> 1. Casing and Cementing The well schematic details <br /> submitted with the application are hereby incorporated <br /> into this permit as Appendix A, and shall be binding on <br /> the permittee. Notwithstanding any- other provisions of <br /> this permit, the permittee shall case and cement the w4,l_ 1 <br /> to prevent the movement of fluids into or above _ <br /> underground sources of drinking water. The following <br /> specifications apply to the injection well: <br /> Surface casing - The surface casing is run and set at <br /> approximately 611 feet as an anchor for the surface <br /> pressure- control equipment (BOPS) . This string of casing <br /> is 10-3/4 inch O.D. , K-55 steel, weighing 40. 5 pounds per <br /> foot (ppf) . ST & C casing cemented from the surface to a <br /> depth of 611 feet with the cement returned to surface. <br /> Intermediate casing - The intermediate casing is run and <br /> set at approximately 3660 feet into an impermeable shale <br /> section identified while drilling. This string oif casing <br /> is 7 inch O.D. , K-55 steel, weighing 20 pounds per foot ' <br /> (ppf) . It is installed in 40 foot lengths and joined by <br /> non-upset seal locking 8-round threaded couplings. This 7 <br /> inch string is cemented from the bottom of the casing to <br /> the top with the cement returned to surface. <br /> Liner - The liner is hung and set from approximately 3358 <br /> feet to 4645 feet through the zone of intended injection. <br /> This string of casing is 5 inch O.D. , J-55 steel, <br /> weighing 15 pounds per foot (ppf) . This 5 inch liner was <br /> perforated selectively in the sands of the Domengine <br /> formation.
