agreed that Landlord does not in any way nor for any purpose become a <br /> partner of Tenant or a joint venturer with Tenant in the conduct of Tenant's <br /> business or otherwise, except as provided by the Phase 2 and Phase 3 <br /> combustion turbine project number 2 agreements. <br /> (H) Time of the Essence. Time is expressly declared to be of <br /> the essence of this Lease. <br /> (I) Memorandum of Lease. This Lease shall not be recorded, <br /> but the parties agree to execute and deliver a Memorandum of this Lease in <br /> recordable form, which Memorandum shall be recorded. <br /> (J) Quitclaim. At the expiration or earlier termination of this <br /> Lease, Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord within <br /> five (5) days after written demand from Landlord to Tenant any quitclaim <br /> deed or other document required by any reputable title company to remove <br /> the cloud of this Lease from the real property subject to this Lease_ <br /> (K) Number and Gender. Whenever the singular number is <br /> used in this Lease and when required by the context, the same shall include <br /> the plural, and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter <br /> genders, and the word "person" shall include corporation, firm or association. <br /> If there is more than one Tenant, the obligations imposed under this Lease <br /> upon Tenant shall be joint and several- <br /> if L) <br /> everal.(L) Headings and Titles. The marginal headings or titles to <br /> the paragraphs of this Lease are not a part of this Lease and shall have no <br /> effect upon the construction or interpretation of any part of this Lease. <br /> (M) Entire Agreement.
