The <br /> foregoing disclaimer includes, without limitation, topography, climate, air, <br /> water, water rights, utilities, present and future zoning, soil, subsoil, drainage, <br /> access to public roads, proposed routes of roads, or extension thereof, or effect <br /> of any state or federal environmental protection laws or regulations.
