and no other previous agreement, statement or promise made by any party hereto which is not contained herein shall be binding or valid. (N) Force Maieure. (0) Disclaimer of Representation. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, Landlord has made no representations or warranties to the Tenant concerning the Leased Premises, the present use thereof or the suitability for Tenant's intended use of the property. The foregoing disclaimer includes, without limitation, topography, climate, air, water, water rights, utilities, present and future zoning, soil, subsoil, drainage, access to public roads, proposed routes of roads, or extension thereof, or effect of any state or federal environmental protection laws or regulations.
