Welded on shoe and bottom of collars on first two joints and Baker locked bottom two joints . Ran 50 cubic feet of water ahead . B-i mixed and pumped 257 sacks of Class "G" pre-mixed with 4% gel and treated with 2% CaC12 followed by i20 sacks of Class "G" treated with Used top plug and displaced with 250 cubic feet of mud and 2% CaC12- to surface approximately 30 cubic feet of water. Had good cement returns shoe joint with 140 ' cubic feet. Bumped plug on filluP insert in top of 750 psi. Released pressure and insert holding. Cement in place at 4 : 30 a.m. , casing landed at 801' . CASING DETAILS 801 . 491 8-5/8" csg. 1. 50 ' guide shoe 86-2. 99 ' 2 . 00 ' up on hook 800. 991 Landing depth at 781 ' , 723 ' , and 647 ' . Waited Baker insert at 761' and centralizers elded on 10" on cement 4 hrs. Cut off conductor and surface casing . W 900 series casinghead and tested weld with 3000 psi . Set in BOP equip- ment and nippled up. Tested casing and blindrams with 1200 psi . Made iup 7-7/8" drill assembly and ran in hole. Tested pipe rams , hydril , and ! kelley cock with 1200 psi. BOP tests witnessed and approved by Jim ! Champion - DOG engineer. Tagged top of cement at 758 ' . Drilled out icement and shoe and started making new 7-7/8" hole at 6 : 30 p .m. In- stalled n"- stalled Stratigraphic mud logging unitfrom, base of surface casing and t.o log to total depth. J/ 1/79 Survey and wiped hole to shoe at 1686 Survey and tripped for new bit at 1.807 ' . Survey and tripped for new bit at 30441 . 1/ 2/79 Wipe hole 12 stands at 39701 . Survey and tripped for new bit at 4167 ' .
