ATTACHMENT L CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES L.1 Drilling/Construction History The STIG #1 well was drilled, tested and completed during the time period beginning April 29 and ending June 9, 1993 . These operations were performed under regulations issued by the Resource Agency of California, Department of Conservation, Division of Oil and Gas, in accordance with specific provisions contailed in a Permit issued to NCPA for these purposes on February 9, 1993. A copy of the completed forms and all documents filed with or issued by the CDOG for the STIG #1 well, including the "Notice of Intention to Drill New Well", the "Permit to Conduct Well Operations" , three "Report on Well Operations" , the "Well Summary Report" , and the "Well History", are included as Item #1 in Appendix L. The daily cronicle of the operations as reported in the Well History to the CDOG is as follows: STIG 11 WELL: HISTORY OF DRILLING, TESTING AND COMPLETION 1993 Apr 29 MIRU Paul Graham Rig #2, Tex Hillmon, tool pusher. Spudded in at 4:OOPM through 16" Conductor previously set at 301 . Drilled 14-3/4" hole to 6141 . Wiped hole, surveyed and POOH to run casing. Survey @ 6141= 1.5 deg. Apr 30 Rigged up and ran 16 jts 10-3/4" 40. 5# K-55 ST&C casing to 6111 . Circulated hole clean. BJ pumped 10 bbls water ahead, mixed and pumped 180 sx "G" cmt w/ 4% Gel, 10#/sx A-10, 3% A-7 & 0. 2% FP8 followed by 150 sx "G" cmt w/3% CaC12. Bumped plug w/ 500 psi. CIP @ 3 :OOAM w/ good returns to surface. WOC 2hrs. Cut off 10-3/4" csg & welded on 10" wellhead. Tested wellhead to 1000 psi. Nippled up BOP and tested blind rams to 1000 psi . Made up BHA and RIH. Tested pipe rams to 1000 psi, witnessed by D.O.G. Drilled out cement and shoe. Rigged up EnergyLog Mudlogging Services (Ben Cahill) . Drilled 9-7/8" hole to 11701 . Surveys: @ 11301= 15min. L-1
