Circulated and <br /> conditioned hole for electric logging. Halliburton ran <br /> Dual Induction-Density-Neutron-Gamma Ray-Caliper Log <br /> from 3670' to 6111 . RIH. <br /> May 3 Circulated and conditioned hole to run casing, POOH. <br /> Ran 86 its of 7" 20# K-55 ST&C casing to 36601 . Circ <br /> hole clean. BJ pumped 10 bbls water ahead, mixed and <br /> pumped 370 cu ft "G" cement w/ 35% fly ash, 6% gel and <br /> 2% CaC12. Had mixer failure while pumping slurry, circ <br /> out cement to surface w/ rig pump. Circ and cond mud. <br /> BJ pumped 18 bbls clean mud and 5 bbls water ahead, <br /> mixed and pumped 1106 cu ft "G" cmt w/ 35% fly ash, 6% <br /> gel and 2% CaC12 followed by tail of 168 cu ft "G" cmt <br /> w/ 1% CaC12. No circ during displacement. CIP @ 1940 <br /> hrs, WOC. <br /> May 4 WOC 22 hrs total. Rigged up and ran Halliburton MSG <br /> Neutron Casing Collar and Cement Bond Log from 3586' <br /> to 4501 . Top of cement at 7001 . Tore out BOP. <br /> May 5 Cut off 10-3/4" wellhead. Welded on 11" 3M X 10-3/4" <br /> wellhead and set 7" casing slips at 20,000 psi in <br /> wellhead. Installed 11" 3M X 7-1/16" 3M tubing head <br /> and tested packing to 1500 psi. Nippled up BOP. Tested <br /> blind rams @1000 psi. Picked up 4-3/4" DC and 6-1/4" <br /> bit, RIH, tested pipe rams @ 1000 psi, witnessed by <br /> D.O.G. RIH, cleaned out cement and drilled 2' to <br /> 36771 , circ and POOH. Made up Halliburton Drill Stem <br /> Test Tools, RIH to 3550' and set packer. <br /> May 6 Opened test tool at 0004hrs, weak blow, dead after 15 <br /> min. Shut in for 1 hr (210' of drill mud later found <br /> in drill stem) . Opened test packer and performed leak <br /> off test. At 200 psig (surface pressure) no leak off, <br /> at 325 psi minor leak off, at 410 psi minor leak off, <br /> at 525 psi leak off to 475 psi in 20 min. Pulled out <br /> tester. Made up BHA and RIH to 36771 . Circ and cond <br /> mud. Drilled 6-1/4" hole to 43501 . <br /> May 7 Drilled from 4350' to total depth of 46501 . Survey <br /> @4650' =1.5 deg. Circ and conditioned mud for E-logs, <br /> POOH. Halliburton ran Dual Induction-Density-Neutron <br /> L-2 <br />
