The subcontractor for the job will be B & F Drilling <br /> Company, Inc. We plan to abandon the wells using the pressure grout method, whereby <br /> the well box is broken out, the casing is removed to a depth of 5 feet, the casing is <br /> pressure grouted until a mushroom cap of cement is created on top of the casing, and <br /> the remaining hole is filled with clean soil to the surface. <br /> Also enclosed are two checks; one for agency review for $159.00, and one for the well <br /> destruction permit for $60.00 (as per Margaret Lagario). <br /> If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (916) 782-2110. <br /> Sincerely, - <br /> Brian H.
