Aegis Environmental, Inc. (Aegis), <br /> had sent a letter dated February 13, 1991, to the attention of Mr. Ali Mohammed of the <br /> SJCAPCD, stating that the blower system had been turned off on January 18, 1991 (see <br /> Attachment 1).
