The wells were installed to <br /> determine potential impacts to the ground water from the .site when hydrocarbon- <br /> containing soils were discovered. <br /> All ground water monitoring results since 31 May 1989 were analyzed to be below <br /> appropriate detection levels and/or primary drinking water standards. Therefore, <br /> we have no objections to abandonment of the wells.
