The laboratory results, as well as the QA/QC data, for all analyses performed on the <br /> environmental samples collected during the investigation are presented for review in <br /> Appendix 3 of this report. AEMC questioned the accuracy of the initial analytical results <br /> for Total Recoverable Hydrocarbons received from Eureka Laboratories. Upon laboratory <br /> investigation it was determined that a critical element within the analytical instrument was <br /> defective. Therefore, all Total Recoverable Hydrocarbon analyses were rerun and reported <br /> as identified within Appendix 3. <br /> Research Investigation <br /> In accordance with the Workplan and State DHS letters to AEMC, dated 12 August 1988 <br /> and 3 October 1988, AEMC conducted site/area research activities covering land use, <br /> reservoir operation, key habitats, well information, etc. The results of AEMC research <br /> activities along with references and documentation are presented in the following section of <br /> this report. <br /> • <br /> rt�c4,t2i Page 9 <br />
