A listing of <br /> AEMC's environmental reports on the Beck property is provided below: <br /> o Report of Preliminary Investigation - 10/13/86 <br /> o Report of Groundwater Investigation - 12/4/86 <br /> o Report of Groundwater Monitoring (1st Quarter) - 5/19/87 <br /> o Report of Groundwater Monitoring (2nd Quarter) - 8/24/87 <br /> o Report of Groundwater Monitoring (3rd Quarter) - 1/12/88 <br /> o Report of Groundwater Monitoring (4th Quarter) -3/7/88 <br /> o Report of Groundwater Monitoring (April/August 1988) <br /> In February 1988, Beck submitted application to the State DHS for a determination that <br /> the subject property is a nonhazardous waste site pursuant to Article 11 of Chapter 6.5 of <br /> Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code. By letter to Beck's legal counsel, dated 24 <br /> March 1988, State DHS determined existing site information was insufficient and provided <br /> • guidelines for the development of a workplan to conduct additional site investigation. On <br /> 24 June 1988, Beck and State DHS entered into a Site Characterization Agreement <br /> designed to facilitate an orderly and expedient site investigation and State review process. <br /> This Report of Site Investigation presents the scope of work, results, findings, conclusions <br /> and recommendations stemming from AEMC's implementation of the State DHS approved <br /> Workplan. <br /> rtee�otizi Page 3 <br />
