By letter to Beck's legal counsel, dated 24 <br /> March 1988, State DHS determined existing site information was insufficient and provided <br /> • guidelines for the development of a workplan to conduct additional site investigation. On <br /> 24 June 1988, Beck and State DHS entered into a Site Characterization Agreement <br /> designed to facilitate an orderly and expedient site investigation and State review process. <br /> This Report of Site Investigation presents the scope of work, results, findings, conclusions <br /> and recommendations stemming from AEMC's implementation of the State DHS approved <br /> Workplan. <br /> rtee�otizi Page 3 <br />
