Also included is our chronology of <br /> involvement at the subject site and relevant correspondence which <br /> were enclosed with the March 12 , 1990 letter. <br /> We believe that the above referenced letter and enclosures <br /> adequately reflect the Department' s position in this matter. As <br /> such, they should also serve as a response to the issues raised <br /> in your letter of December 12 , 1989 . <br /> We received a workplan for conducting a Health Risk Assessment <br /> for the site on April 24 , 1990. This submittal does reflect the <br /> understanding reached during our, meeting of November 15, 1989 . <br /> Department staff will review and comment on the workplan by May <br /> 25, 1990 .
