<br /> accordance with Section 25221.1 of the Health and Safety Code?
<br /> o Do the Workplan guidelines and comments, expressed by letters from the
<br /> Northern California Section (24 March 1988 and 12 August 1988), address all
<br /> Department concerns regarding the Beck property?
<br /> o If Workplan implementation results indicate no additional site contamination
<br /> (other than what has been previously reported), then would the Department be
<br /> in the position to issue a statement in accordance with Section 25221.1(a) of the
<br /> Health and Safety Code?
