Del Monte <br /> will be responsible for contracting for transportation and disposal of all waste and has <br /> the sole responsibility for the legal records of such transport and disposal. <br /> 3.s.1 SOIL CUTTINGS <br /> During drilling, soil cuttings that do not contain visible contamination will be placed on <br /> plastic sheets and covered with plastic sheets in an isolated area of the Del Monte <br /> property. The soil cuttings will be grouped according to their respective soil baring. <br /> Disposal or remedial alternatives of the soil cuttings will be evaluated upon the results <br /> of the soil analyses. <br /> As drilling proceeds, the soil cuttings that contain visible contamination will be placed <br /> on plastic sheets, and shoveled-into DOT-approved 55-gallon drums and labelled.
