Nuel is in agreement that as long as the responsible party is not expecting <br /> to be reimbursed from the Clean Up Fund, AGE can submit a work plan to excavate the contaminated soil <br /> at the Lodi Airport. Once the work plan has been approved and the soil has been removed, a decision can <br /> be made as to whether additional soil gas samples need to be collected.
