Groundwater samples should be obtained from Monitoring Well #5 for analytical testing in accordance with the Regional Water Quality Control Board directives. The pH, conductivity, and temperature of the groundwater should be monitored during initial well development, and purging prior to water sampling. LIMITATIONS AND CHANGED CONDITIONS The findings and conclusions presented in this report are based on general observations made during the subsurface investigation, the inspection of the soil samples collected during drilling, and the results of the analytical testing. The findings of this report are valid as of the present. Site conditions may change with the passage of time, natural processes or human intervention which can invalidate the findings and conclusions presented in this report.
