21 <br /> water contamination attributable to operations at the Site <br /> including at a minimum, the following information: <br /> (a) The objectives of the investigation; <br /> (b) Identification of all chemical parameters which will <br /> be analyzed or tested; <br /> (c) A description of the types of samples which will be <br /> taken; <br /> (d) A map showing all locations which will sampled; <br /> (e) A description of the depth and frequency of sampling <br /> at each location; <br /> (f) The engineering specifications for all sampling <br /> installations such as ground water monitoring wells, soil borings <br /> and piezometers; <br /> (g) Identification of all analytical procedures to be <br /> used; <br /> (h) Provisions for obtaining access to and obtaining <br /> samples from adjacent properties, where appropriate; and <br /> (i) A description of Quality Control/Quality Assurance <br /> procedures for the collection, identification, preservation and <br /> transport of samples, the calibration and maintenance of <br /> instruments, and the processing, verification, storage and <br /> reporting of data, which includes chain of custody procedures, <br /> identification of qualified persons conducting the sampling and of <br /> a laboratory certified or approved by the Department pursuant to <br /> Health and Safety Code Section 25198. <br /> 3 .4 . 2 Community Assessment. Upon reviewing information <br /> gathered during the PEA investigation such as analytical results, <br /> the Department may require the completion of a community <br /> assessment.
