Within fifteen (15) days of the <br /> effective date of this Order, Respondents each shall submit to the <br /> Department in writing the name, address and telephone number of a <br /> Project Coordinator to receive all notices, comments, approvals <br /> and other communications from the Department. Each Respondent may <br /> designate the same Project Coordinator. Nothing in this paragraph <br /> is intended or shall be construed to limit the Respondents joint <br /> and several obligations to comply with this Order. <br /> 3 . 3 PEA Preparation. Within fifteen (15) days of the <br /> effective date of this Order, the Project Coordinator named in <br /> Paragraph 3 . 2 . of this Order shall contact the Department for the <br /> purpose of receiving guidance necessary to prepare the PEA report. <br /> (a) The Department shall provide oversight throughout the <br /> PEA investigation and preparation of the PEA report. <br /> (b) Oversight for the PEA shall not exceed the <br /> Department's budget allocation of 150 hours. <br /> 3 .4 Activities and Deliverables. Specific activities and <br /> deliverables to be conducted by Respondents include but are not <br /> limited to the following: <br /> 3 . 4 . 1 Sample Plan. Within forty-five (45) days of the <br /> effective date of this Order, Respondents shall submit to the <br /> Department for review and approval a detailed Sample Plan which <br /> describes the activities which will be undertaken to provide a <br /> preliminary profile of onsite air, soil, surface water, and ground <br /> -6- <br />
