What hazardous materials were released or may be <br /> released; <br /> d. What amount of each such hazardous material was so <br /> released; and <br /> e. Identify any past or present uses of onsite ponds and/or <br /> ditches (i.e. , runoff collection, washwater evaporation, <br /> etc. ) and their locations on the site diagram. <br />
