Prior to this, treatment was Conditionally <br />Authorized <br />(CA) — application was submitted 09-12-11. Both of these applications notified <br />the CUPA of the company's intention to treat hazardous waste onsite. <br />The PBR application will be amended to eliminate solids settling and re- <br />submitted on CERS. <br />Item #104 CCR 67450.13 (a) (1) <br />A Closure Cost Estimate was completed on 6/20/17. This will be uploaded to the <br />CERS website. <br />Item #105 CCR67450.13(a)(2) <br />See item 104 Above <br />Item # 202 CCR 66265.192(k) <br />Tank and Containment assessment is being revised. I have asked him to please <br />expedite his assessment. The Assessment will be completed, signed and stamped <br />by a Professional Civil Engineer. Please note that this document will include all <br />information required by the Model Document (CCR Title 22 Sections <br />66265.191,192 and 193), including a statement regarding the condition and <br />suitability of the piping, based on inspection. <br />
