USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. PA-1600049 OF PAREE ENTERPRISES, INC. (C/O <br /> COMMERCIAL ARCHITECTURE,INC.)This project is a Use Permit application for a truck <br /> stop facility to include the construction of a 13,412 square foot truck stop and gas station <br /> building with fast food restaurant, a 7,220 square foot truck lube and wash building, a 7,200 <br /> square foot gasoline fuel canopy, a 5,340 square foot diesel fuel canopy, and a 2,032 <br /> square foot fuel storage building. The project site is located on the northwest corner of <br /> Interstate 5(Exit 452,Vernalis)and Ahern Road, southeast of Tracy(Supervisorial District: <br /> 5). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared indicating the project <br /> will not have a significant impact on the environment, and a Negative Declaration has been <br /> prepared for the project. <br /> 2. DEVELOPMENT TITLE TEXT AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. PA-1700084 OF SAN <br /> JOAQUIN COUNTY(C/O ELECTRIC GUARD DOG, LLC.)This project is a Development <br /> Title Text Amendment application to amend Development Title Section 9-1022.7 Fencing & <br /> Screening to add an additional subsection pertaining to electrified security screening. The <br /> proposed section will add definitions, permit electrified fencing in the commercial, industrial, <br /> and agricultural zones subject to specific regulations. Electrified fencing would not be <br /> permitted in the residential zones. The text amendment also proposes to permit an additional <br /> two(2)feet of height for electrified fencing to the current permitted maximum fence height limit <br /> standards.
