C , 1 1 c. Defendant shall promptly make available upon request by any CUPA 2 Inspector, peace officer, agent of the Department of Justice, 3 California Environmental Protection Agency, the DTSC, or District 4 Attorney all Training Rosters for each Party City Facility. In the 5 event that such records are not available at the time such request is 6 made, Defendant shall provide such Training Rosters to the 7 requesting party within three business days. 8 4.4.b.4 With regard to each Halloween City Facility: 9 d. Defendant shall maintain a copy of the Training Roster evidencing 10 each store management personnel's receipt of training within fourteen 11 days (14) from the start of employment in that position. Such records 12 shall be maintained at each Halloween City Facility where the 13 employee provides any labor or services or in the case of an 14 employee who provides labor or services for more than one location, 15 at the employee's primary work location, to be designated by 16 Defendant, regardless of the duration of the employee's employment. 17 Defendant shall, at each Halloween City Facility, maintain a copy of 18 that facility's Training Roster for the period of time the Halloween 19 City Facility is owned,leased or operated. In the event that such 20 Training Rosters are not available during a governmental inspection 21 of a Halloween City Facility, Defendant shall provide such Training 22 Rosters to the inspector by the close of the following business day. 23 For five(5) years from the date the training was conducted, 24 Defendant shall maintain a copy of that Training Roster at corporate 25 headquarters to be available upon request by governmental agencies. 26 e.
