I am mailing the SPCC plan back <br />to you. <br />The contingency plan is incomplete, missing the location of the site emergency equipment on page 4. Describe <br />the emergency equipment location in the table and the map. See the attached file. Please complete the <br />contingency plan and return to me. <br />I have not received the hazardous waste tank assessment document for the waste antifreeze and oil tanks at your <br />site. Please indicate when this document will be complete and sent to me.
