Also placed 55 gallon drums on secondary containment pallet. See attached <br />picture. <br />f4M) The EPA ID# CAL000203157 was being used incorrectly by my vender (Reno Drain <br />Oil). I terminated my business relationship with them on 5/17/2010. My current vender is <br />(Evergreen Environmental Services) and they are using my correct EPA ID# <br />CAL000280781. <br />11) The three waste oil spills that were observed in the south corner of the facility have <br />been cleaned up. The oil saturated gravel and absorbent used for cleaning the area was <br />transferred to properly labeled and sealed hazardous waste drums waiting for pick up. <br />See attached pictures. <br />20,27) All containers of hazardous waste have been securely sealed and labeled. <br />Corrected on day of inspection 7/2/2010. <br />23) One 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filters has been properly labeled. Condor Earth Technologies Inc. has estimated a completion time <br />of 3-4 weeks.
