Fremont �N�'/ <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 PERA'11 <br /> Facility background-work plan <br /> To uncover by excavation three 10,000 gallon unleaded gasoline underground storage tanks. <br /> Excavated top soil will be stockpiled on site, and on top of visqueen. <br /> Key Personnel <br /> The job foreman is Gary Crowder. He is in charge of all site work being performed by laborers <br /> and equipment operators. He is Co-owner of B & C Construction Co., and Site Safety Manager. <br /> The phone number on site is (209)465-1551. <br /> Job Hazard Summary <br /> Potential risk to anyone on site is stepping into an open trench or tank hole. If any vapors are <br /> encountered during excavation of soil, air purifying respirators (APR)with a set of organic vapor <br /> cartridges will be used by the equipment operators and job workman. <br /> Job Hazard Analysis <br /> There is no expected health risks at this job site. The route of entry to the site is from Fremont <br /> Ave. <br /> Exposure Monitoring Plan <br /> An L.E.L. meter(Lower Explosion Level Meter), will be on site to measure L.E.L. levels and <br /> oxygen in the tanks during triple rinsing and inerting of the tanks. <br /> Personnel Protection Equipment <br /> Protective clothing on site includes gloves, hard hats and respirators when needed. If respirators <br /> are needed we will be equipped with(NEPA) Organic Vapor Cartridges. <br />
