The diesel tank (TA0515647) list the MLLD Manufacture as FE Petro and the MLLD Model as STP-MLD in the section Pipe Monitoring is Performed Using the Following Methods. This is not correct, the MLLD Manufacture is Vaporless and the MLLD Model is a LD2000. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a minor violation. 204 CCR 2712(i) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site.
