Two of them were labeled"Buffer Solution pH 7.0." <br /> -Next to the flask noted above was another 250 milliliter flask containing a dark liquid. The flask did not have a <br /> contents label. <br /> Attic Area West Side(F3): <br /> -Two 1 gallon plastic buckets contained an unknown material. <br /> -Two 1 gallon plastic bottles labeled"Orange Power." <br /> -One 5 gallon box labeled"Nandi Foam." <br /> Attic Area Central (F3): <br /> -One 5 gallon box labeled "Nandi Foam." <br /> -One open blue 55 gallon poly drum contained an unknown clear liquid with an orange sediment at the bottom. <br /> -One open blue 55 gallon poly drum contained an orange sludge floating on top of a dark liquid. <br /> -One 5 gallon box labeled"Nandi Foam"was placed next to a one gallon bottle labeled "White distilled Vinegar." <br /> The one gallon bottle (1/4 full) held an orange liquid. A dark heavy staining was observed on the floor below the <br /> items. <br /> Attic Area East Side(F3): <br /> -One 3 gallon bucket labeled"Greenlee Poly Line." <br /> -One box contained approximately seven 1 gallon containers labeled"Kill Quick Mosquito Fog with Pyrethroid." <br /> Next to the containers was another 1 gallon container holding an unknown material. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket labeled"Kelly Moore Paints." <br /> Roof: <br /> -One 1 gallon bottle labeled"Simple Green"was placed next to an unlabeled spray bottle labeled <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste <br /> as specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR). There are wastes that are listed as hazardous <br /> wastes. There are wastes that exhibit one or more of the hazardous waste characteristics:toxic, corrosive, reactive <br /> or ignitable. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately cease disposal, make a hazardous waste determination for each waste , and <br /> manage it according to Title 22 CCR. Use Safety Data Sheets(SDS),waste sampling and test results or other <br /> knowledge to support your hazardous waste determination. Waste testing must be done using methods specified in <br /> Title 22 CCR including sections 66261.20-24. <br /> Submit a statement and supporting documentation for each hazardous waste determination. Demonstrate current <br /> storage and labeling for wastes determined to be hazardous wastes. Provide disposal records for wastes <br /> determined to be hazardous wastes and stored longer than the number of days specified in Title 22 CCR for your <br /> hazardous waste generator status.
