S 111 N J OAQ I I N Environmental Health Department
COUNTY— AMENDED
9/27/2019
Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report
Facility Name: Facility Address: Date:
Stapleton Group 1 1111 NAVY DR, STOCKTON September 25, 2019
Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an
appointment, please call (209)468-3420.
Notes:
-Facility property was taken over by Stapleton Group in February 2019.
-According to Freddy Mancha, Site Manager, ChemStation, a chemical supplier hired by Zacky Farms, should
have picked up all of the chemicals. During the inspection, multiple ChemStation chemicals were observed both
inside and outside of the facility.
-Mr. Mancha only had one disposal record and it was for used oil that was picked up on 9/9/2019.
-Mr. Mancha was not sure how the items were going to be disposed of. He explained that the facility had an
auction type event where buyers bought rooms and acquired the items inside them. The buyers went through
the rooms that were sold and took the items that they wanted. Mr. Mancha then said that left over items went
back to the property owner, Stapleton Group. He was not sure if another sale was going to happen or if the
property owner was going to declare the items a waste.
Report was emailed to Freddy Mancha, Site Manager, at <freddymancha4049@comcast.net> and Jenny
Lucente, Director of Operations for Stapleton Group, at<JLucente@stapletoninc.com>.
AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING
THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
Received by: Date: September 27, 2019 Inspector: Inspector Phone:
Printed Name and Title: JOHN ALANIZ, REHS (209)468-3147
Report was emailed to Freddy Mancha, Site Manager
FA0010514 PRO514362 SCO01 09/25/2019
EHD 22-01 Rev.9/20/2019 Page 14 of 14 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR
1868 E.
