Provide and maintain posted for public display at <br /> all times. Correct today. <br /> Observed facility lacking permit on site. Keep and maintain a current copy of the health permit on site at all times. If lost, it is <br /> possible to obtain a copy at the Environmental Health Department office. Correct within 7 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing signs shall be posted in each toilet room, directing attention to the need to thoroughly wash <br /> hands after using the restroom(113953.5)(b)No smoking signs shall be posted in food preparation, food storage, warewashing, and <br /> utensil storage areas(113978).
