Sauce and cheese is placed on top. The plate is microwaved. <br /> -The temps for the tacos are 200 F, the enchilada is at 135 F, and the rice and beans are at 150 F. <br />-The sanitizer bucket is at >200 ppm chlorine <br />-All hand sinks were fully stocked with soap, paper towels, and warm water. <br />-The restrooms and hallways were clean <br />Maintain proper temps and food handling procedures. <br />Report emailed to glopez779@hotmail.com <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
