All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />This is a complaint inspection <br />-Did not see rice, cooked or uncooked, being stored inside 5 gallon buckets or clear plastic bags <br />-There is used oil being stored in 5 gallon buckets near the dumpsters. Employee states it is stored there until someone picks <br />up the used oil. The oil is picked up daily, usually at the end of the day. <br />Continue to store foods properly. <br />Report emailed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
