08/26/93 Notice of Violation to Michael Strongin (LPC) from Morris Allen (City of <br /> Stockton, Dept. of Municipal Utilities). On July 27, 1993, LPC discharged <br />` wastewater with oil/grease concentration of 231 ppm while the limit is 200 ppm. <br /> Again an order for written explanation of cause and corrective actions was made. <br /> 08/30/93 Response letter to Alex Baille (City of Stockton,- Dept. of Municipal Utilities) <br /> 3 from Michael Strongin (LPC). LPC was concerned that sampling techniques and <br /> extrapolation of the results of the techniques present results which are not <br /> representative of what their discharge actually is.
