Hydrocarbon fuels - Components of fuels are colorless liquids with strong aromatic <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon-like odors. They are flammable and have low solubility in water. <br /> Exposure to these materials in excess of recommended exposure limits can cause mild eye, <br /> nose, and throat irritation and can produce a narcotic effect on the ceptral nervous systema <br /> Symptoms of exposure at these concentrations include headache,-nausea, drowsiness, <br /> dizziness, and loss of coordination. Certain components of gasoline (BTE&X etc.) are <br /> known or suspected carcinogens. <br /> The following additional hazards are expected on site:Vnical work related to facilijy.
