(GeoAudit) has prepared <br /> the draft FRP in accordance with a request of Ms. Mary Lehr, site owner and her attorney, <br /> Mr. James DeMera of Mullen, Sullivan & Newton. <br /> We encourage your comments and review of the draft FRP. PHS/EHD input is very <br /> important to the success of this project. If necessary, we can schedule a meeting to discuss <br /> any deficiencies in the draft FRP or answer any questions you may have concerning the <br /> remediation techniques. <br /> The final FRP will contain a complete contingency plan for system failure. GeoAudit is <br /> currently reviewing site conditions and we are considering alternate technologies for <br /> remediation should the proposed system not fully succeed. The final FRP will also contain <br /> a detailed time schedule for system installation and operation. Finally, a site specific health <br /> and safety plan will be prepared and included in the FRP. The aforementioned items can <br /> also be provided to you for review prior to preparation of the FRP, if needed. <br /> We look forward to working with you on the Art & Artists project.
