March Lane
Suite 200
Stockton, California 95219 ;
Re: Giannoni v. .Lehr, et al.
I
{ Dear Mr. Ellis :
My client, Mary Lehr, has submitted a final remediation
plan, which is expected to be approved within the next
week. This plan calls for vapor extraction and air
sparging of the site, with a portable unit providing the
source and extraction energy to implement this plan.
With Mr. Giannoni' s permission, we would like to park this
small unit, which will be enclosed by a. slatted cyclone
fence, in the southwest corner of the property where the
contamination barrels are currently located. This should,
in no way, infringe upon the current lessee' s use or
enjoyment of the property, nor disturb their operation of
business .
I would ask that you discuss this with Mr. Giannoni and
call me at your earliest convenience, so that I can draft
the proper authorization which the County will require.
It is estimated that the remediation process will take
E from between six to eight months .
I look forward to yo
ur ca
Very truly yours,
MULLEN, SULLIVAN & NEWTON
€' by
JAMES V.
