(ESE) <br /> attempted to conduct monitoring of three groundwater monitoring wells located at <br /> the above referenced site. The purpose of the quarterly monitoring is to assess" the, <br /> potential migration -of . petroleum hydrocarbons' in the groundwater beneath the site <br /> as required. <br /> On November 8, 1991 ESE representatives' visited the .site to monitor the wells.. <br /> ESE found that monitoring wells MW-2 and MW-3 were dry.
