(ESE) is <br /> pleased to offer this cost estimate for one quarter of groundwater monitoring of the <br /> three groundwater monitoring wells located . at the above referenced site. The <br /> purpose of the quarterly monitoring is .to assess the potential migration of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons in groundwater beneath the site. <br /> Groundwater -monitoring was previously performed by Weiss Associates (WA) <br /> during a; subsurface investigation conducted at the site on October 16, 1987.
