CHRONOLOGY
ARTS & ARTISTS
204 LODI AVENUE, LODI
12/31/86 550 gallon gasoline UST removed and soil from removal was
placed back in the excavation.
1187 A City of Lodi municipal well located 350 feet east of the UST
location was sampled and the results were ND. This well was later
destroyed, sometime prior to June 1992.
7123-23187 Monitoring wells MW1, MW2, MW3 were installed. Respective
screen intervals for these wells were 35'-65', 40'-60', 39'-59'.
Groundwater level beneath surface was about 50'. MW1 is located
about 15' east of the former UST location. MW3 is located about
40' southeast of the former UST location. MW2 is located about
75' southwest of the former UST location. MW1 & MW3 evidenced
groundwater contamination. The gradient was northeast.
11191 MW2 &MW3 were dry. MW1 had floating product.
6129-30192 MW4 & MW5 were installed, with screen intervals of 49'-74' and
50'-75' below surface. The gradient was northeast.
10/23/92 MW1, MW4 & MW5 were sampled. Depth to groundwater was
about 61' below surface. MW1 had high levels of groundwater
contamination. MW4 & MW5 had low levels of groundwater
contamination.
4112-13193 MW6, MW7 & MW8 were installed to define the groundwater
plume. All wells were screened from 50'-70' below surface. The
depth to groundwater was about 55' below surface.
4/27/93 MW1, MW4, MW5, MW6, MW7, MW8 were sampled. The gradient
was southerniy. MW1 had high levels of groundwater
contamination. MW4 & MW5 low levels of groundwater
contamination. MW6, MW7, MW8 were ND.
8/18/93 RW1 was installed in a slant boring about 10' southeast of the
former UST location, with screen intervals 10'-40' and 45'-50'.
12/17/93 A vapor extraction test was performed on RW1.
