In the 1993 photo, one structure can be seen near the southwest corner of the
Site. Several small structures or objects can be seen on the east side of the Site.
In the 2002 photo, only the structure at the southwest corner and one small
structure on the east side of the Site can be seen.
In the 2004 photo, the structure at the southwest corner of the Site has either
been destroyed or is obscured by trees. A small structure or object can be seen
near the northwest corner of the Site.
In the 2005 photo, houses can be seen at the northwest and southwest corners
of the Site.
In the 2007 photo, the structure on the east side of the Site has been removed.
In the 2013 photo, several small sheds can be seen on the east side of the Site.
These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the site on February 18, 2019. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. The yard and exteriors of the structures
were observed; the interiors of the structures were not inspected.
The Site is a residential property with two houses. Several sheds and animal
enclosures are located to the east of the houses. The far eastern side of the Site
is bare land.
In the area around the houses, Live Oak noted five containers of motor oil, four
tires, and an automotive engine. Near the center of the Site, Live Oak observed
two square, plastic tanks, of the type that is often used to store dilute fertilizers
on agricultural properties. Mr. Lee indicated during the site visit that the tanks
have only been used for water. Nevertheless, he stated that he has had the
tenants remove the tanks, recycle the oil, and recycle the engine
(correspondence, March 13, 2019). A receipt for the recycling of the engine is
attached as Appendix 5 of this report.
Two pole-mounted transformers are located on the Site; one was labeled with a
blue sticker indicating it is free of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs); no sticker
was observed on the other.
To the north, and east of the Site are houses. The properties to the south and
west are open land.
LOGE 1905 3
