The site currently consists of vacant and/or fallow agricultural land with soil/asphalt stockpiles and concrete construction barriers located on the northern portion of site. 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage Terracon performed a search of the EHD website for records pertaining to septic permits, however, there were no documents found for the site addresses. 3.2 Site Specific Permit History There were no site specific permits found. 3.3 Discussion of On-Site Septic Tank Repair There were no site repair permits found. 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the site, our office reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the property available from GoogleEarthTM. The vicinity of the site consists of industrial properties, agricultural land, vacant land, and/or residences. The assumption was made that each building/cluster of buildings has one septic system. Using this method, we determined there are approximately twelve septic systems within 0.3 miles of the site. 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity The following table is a summary of septic permits available on the EHD website for properties adjacent to the site: Table 2.
