Filter beds, sumps up to 10 feet deep, <br /> or seepage pits up to 25 feet deep are additionally utilized in the area. <br /> 3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> Based on the EHD file review, septic repairs in the vicinity appear to be for replacement of septic <br /> tanks and the addition of leach lines, sumps, and/or seepage pits. The septic repair permits can <br /> be found in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 3.7 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage <br /> Based on a review of the Nitrate Loading Study (NLS), Flag City #4, dated September 20, 2018 <br /> prepared by Terracon, we understand the project will consist of a truck terminal and will be open <br /> 10 hours per day six to seven days per week year round. There will be up to 20 permanent <br /> employees working 10 hour shifts and up to 30 visitors and 21 truckers anticipated daily. The <br /> restrooms will consist of 2 sinks and 4 low-flow toilets. The NLS reported 15 gallons per day is <br /> typical for each employee and 5 gallons per day for visitors,when utilizing a low-flow flush system. <br /> The NLS estimated the potential sewage flow rate for the proposed development is 555-gallons <br /> per day. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION <br /> 4.1 Groundwater Depth and Gradient <br /> Based on a review of the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District <br /> (SJCFCWCD) Groundwater Reports website, from 2015 to 2016, Spring & Fall depth to <br /> groundwater near the site was reported between approximately 20 and 40 feet below ground <br /> surface (bgs).
