The proposed septic system will consist of a 1,200-gallon septic tank with two compartments and three 100-foot long leach lines. The septic system will be connected to the three-bedroom residence planned to be developed on the property and will be utilized 365 days a year. 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE There is currently no existing septic system on the subject property. 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY There is no septic system permit history for the subject property. 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY There is currently no existing septic system on the subject property and no records of a historical septic system. There are no records of repairs performed at the property. 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA Neighboring properties are zoned for residential, commercial, and agricultural land use. Three of the adjacent properties to the southwest are single-family or multi-family residential; one property is commercial; and one property is agricultural. The subject property is bordered to the northeast by railroad property and French Camp Road, and to the southeast by ST RT 120. Several liquid waste permits are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the site property. 3.5.
